We are now looking for a driven rental agent to join our team in Malmö. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain insight into the entire rental process and develop within property management. The position is a temporary contract starting as soon as possible and lasting until September 17, with a chance for extension. Evening and weekend work may occur.

What does the role entail?

As a rental agent with us, you will be an important part of our team and manage the entire rental process. You will work with everything from holding viewings and writing contracts to performing administrative tasks that facilitate both for our tenants and for us as a team. We are looking for someone who is meticulous, relationship-building, and enjoys building trust – both with tenants and colleagues!

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in relationship-building sales with a strong customer focus
• Has an interest in the real estate industry and wants to develop within rental and management
• Can communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is solution-oriented
• Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage, but not a requirement
